Security is a pressing concern to almost every internet user and to recognize that, there’s a yearly “holiday” to encourage users to up their security. “Safe Internet Day” as it’s called was created by companies such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, and more. To celebrate, Google is offering free storage on Google Drive for users that perform a security checkup.
Simply head over to Google’s Security Checkup page, sign in to your account, and double check all the settings. Once you’ve done that, Google will add 2GB of free cloud storage to your account. You’ll be able to use this storage on Drive, Google Photos, and even on Gmail.
