Renders of a new controller for the iPhone have leaked out today. It was only a matter of time until controllers for Apple’s flagship phones were released now that iOS 7 brings game controller support. This controller comes from MOGA who have made several controllers for Android devices, this being their first for an iOS device. Called the “Ace Power”, the controller bring two analog sticks along with a D-Pad and A-B-X-Y buttons. The controller also contains an 1,800 mAh battery that may charge your iPhone while playing. They iPhone shown in the render is an iPhone 5 but we can be safe to assume that the controller will also be compatible with the iPhone 5S and 5C. No release date has been given.

New leaks now show that the controller close which could mean that it can function without the iPhone in place, possibly with iPads. The controller may also close over the phone as a case but the sizes say otherwise.

Are you excited to have native controller support coming to iOS? Let me know in the comments!
