A freshly leaked Nexus 5 photo from the same person who gave us HD shots of the hardware, show off some new software features. As rumored the Nexus 5 will have an “always listening” mode similar to the Moto X. This is expected to work on all devices using Android 4.4 KitKat. The user also posted screenshots from around Android 4.4 showing off the upcoming easter egg which this time around is simply the word Android formed as the KitKat logo. The settings menu has also slightly changed removing the classic Holo Blue accents that we’ve all come to know and love. The widgets picker also has gotten a slight facelift and it seems that the app drawer will in fact have a transparent background. The font seems a bit different too, but that could just be because we are looking at it way too closely. We still haven’t seen the Nexus 5 in Google Play, but you can be assured that we will let you know as soon as we find out. Be sure to follow us on Twitter and Google+ for the latest news!
