Since new updates to Android are pushed all the time, it makes sense that the next one is always around the corner. Just last week, the latest major update to Android was released in the form of Android 4.4 KitKat. That update brought some minor UI refinements and some new features. So far, the only device officially running the software is the all new Nexus 5. Google stated that the Nexus 4, 7, and 10 would receive official updates to KitKat excluding the Galaxy Nexus, but while most of those devices have received unofficial KitKat builds, Google has yet to push the official software yet. Now leaked images are showing us that Google is already testing Android 4.4.1 internally. Leaked off the Chromium site, we see Android build KOT31B. This build is expected to be Android 4.4.1 and will bring bug fixes and performance updates.
