After LG officially announced that the LG G Pro 2 would be announced in February, most likely at MWC, we have some leaked pictures of the upcoming device. There’s little indication of what to expect from this device spec-wise, but rumors have the device backing a 6 inch, 1080p display, Snapdragon 800, Android 4.4 KitKat, and support for LTE-A networks.
Korean site DC Inside has provided us with the first look at the device which has a white body and rear-mounted buttons, similar to the LG G2 and G Flex. The device also appears to no longer have hardware capacitive button and instead has on-screen buttons. On the software side we can no doubt expect LG’s Q-Slide interface most likely running on top of Android 4.4 KitKat. This could be a prime opportunity for LG to have their first device shipping with KitKat out of the box.
There are still a few weeks to wait until the phone is officially revealed, so until then we can drool over these impressive leaked shots.
