With MWC around the corner, we can expect to see more and more teaser from companies like HTC, Motorola, Samsung, and LG. Now LG is teasing the G2 Mini, which appears to be nothing more than an LG G2 with a small more compact design. This would be a great phone for those who are fans of smaller screens which are easier to use.
Most smaller phones also have lower specs than their larger counterparts. The standard G2 has a Snapdragon 800, 13MP OIS camera with a 5.2′ inch screen. Hopefully LG will not sacrifice on specifications with a smaller version of the G2.
According to the picture posted on their Facebook account, LG looks to be building a G2 Mini with a screen size around 4.7′ inches. The phone in the picture does appear much smaller than the standard G2 so something below 4.7′ inches is expected. LG is holding an event on February 24th at MWC where they are expected to unveil both the G2 Mini and the G Pro 2.
