Microsoft recently got a brand-new CEO, Satya Nadella. With new leadership comes new ideas in most cases. But the idea that a version of Microsoft Office coming to iPad has been floating around for a while. Almost since the iPad was first produced.
Today more speculation has sparked as resources say that the iPad Office could be coming by the end of March. Why March? Well that’s when CEO Satya Nadella is holding his first conference for Microsoft, on March 27, possibly introducing the new app.
Apparently the app has been ready for a long while now, but they didn’t want to push it until lately for some reason. So expect it to be similar to a Windows theme: blocky and simple (they make it look good).
Now if you were expecting more features from the iPad version compared to the iPhone version, don’t expect too much of a difference. Unfortunately, the same people saying that this is actually happening also say that it will be much like the iPhone version (below).
