If you’re a gamer on Android or iOS, you have most likely heard of Riptide GP. The game and it’s sequel are popular not only as fun racing games, but as having great graphics. Now the team behind Riptide GP and Riptide GP 2, Vector Unit, are bringing the game to the Xbox One as well as the PS4 later this spring.

The game will feature further improved graphics, online multiplayer, split screen local multiplayer, and ghost racing. The game will also have full support for PSN and Xbox Live features such as leaderboards and trophies/achievements.

One of the best features is that the game runs at 60fps at 1080p on both consoles. This is even during split screen local multiplayer. Another incredible feature that the developers included was split screen multiplayer with up to six players on screen at once. This is the first 3D racing game to accomplish that.

While no specific release has been announced, Vector Unit has said that the game is coming very soon this Spring. It’s unknown if the game will also come to previous generation consoles such as the Xbox 360 and PS3.
