Netflix is the fear of every cable company. With thousands of hours of content and a low price, it’s basically the complete opposite of every cable provider right now. But now in the US, a couple providers are signing a “deal with the devil” that might actually benefit customers.

Atlantic Broadband, Grande Communications, and RCN have all announced that their subscribers will be able to access Netflix through their TiVo DVR. This does still however require users to have a Netflix subscription. Atlantic stated that accessing Netflix would be as easy as “changing the channel” implying that it would integrate with the standard services.
