Smartphones have been replacing the average consumers camera for a while now, but some people want a little more from that camera, but they don’t want to get a dedicated camera. Last year Samsung tried to fill the gap with the Galaxy S4 Zoom, but not many liked the strange design of the device. Now Samsung has introduced the successor to that device, the Galaxy K Zoom.
The Galaxy K Zoom packs everything you would want out of a standard point and shoot camera, while providing the ability to make phone calls, send texts, and use it like a standard smartphone. Unlike last year though, this Galaxy K appears much easier to use like the everyday smartphone as the device is much thinner and more compact all around. The phone uses a few design elements from the Galaxy S5 and is available in Charcoal Black, Shimmery White, and Electric Blue.
