Just this morning we got our first official look at what kind of display would be found in LG’s upcoming flagship G3, but now we’ve got a brand new look at the actual device. In these leaked pictures sent in to GSMArena, we see the phone in a gold design. Interestingly the phone’s front bezels (except the bottom) are all black. That is something that I hope carries on to the white version of the phone as well.
The buttons seen are the same as we’ve seen before as well as the layout for the LED flash and camera module. The design of the phone has imitation brushed metal which is likely just plastic.
The tipster who sent in these images reveals that the phone will pack some impressive specs including the 5.5″ inch 2K display, Snapdragon 801, 3GB of RAM, 32GB internal memory with microSD expansion, 3,000 mAh battery and more. An awesome addition is the fact that this device is waterproof with an IPX7 rating. The second sensor seen on the back next to the camera is in fact an IR Blaster.
The G3 is quickly shaping up to be an incredible device. Do you plan on getting your hands on it upon release?
