Twitter Now Supports GIFS On Official Apps And Web

Twitter is a great social network with millions of users and some thoughtful conversation. However that conversation is limited to only 140 characters. Depending on how you feel, this can be a good or bad thing. However you can embed pictures in your tweets, and everyone knows that a picture is worth a thousand words. But what about when you still can’t quite express what you want to say in that space? Well now you can use animated GIFs to make your point.

Following in the trail set by Tumblr and Google+, Twitter is now supporting animated GIFs on their Android and iOS platforms as well as on the web. The images will be still as first, but hitting the play button will bring them to action. Have you tried it yet?
