Minecraft For PlayStation 4 Fails Certification – Game Delayed

4J Studios, the studio responsible for bringing the popular game Minecraft to our favorite consoles has been working hard to bring the game to the PlayStation 4, but today they announced some troubling news.

The studio had submitted the ported game to Sony for certification on August 12th, and today they tweeted out the news that Sony had found issues with the game and had not certified it. Prior to this news Minecraft was scheduled to release on the PS4 this month, but that likely won’t be the case anymore. The game’s release date will likely be adjusted depending on the size of the problem and how long the certification process takes.
