While the Note 4 will no doubt be Samsung’s most popular metal smartphone, it isn’t their first. That honor went to the Galaxy Alpha a few weeks ago, and now it’s coming to AT&T. Exclusive to the carrier, this phone brings a premium build to a smaller device. The Galaxy Alpha packs a 4.7″ inch 720p AMOLED display with a 2.5 GHz Quad-core processor (likely Snapdragon 801) and 2GB of RAM. 32GB of non-expandable storage is also included.
It seems that for now the Galaxy Alpha will be an AT&T exclusive in the United States as no other carriers have announced the device as of yet. With a 2 year contract the Alpha is priced at $199. On AT&T Next, you’ll pay $25.55 or $30.65 depending on if you choose Next12 or Next18. Off contract the device is $612. You can choose white, black, or gold for the phone. Are you planning to pick it up?
