It’s something we’ve all dreamed about since the day Chromebooks came into out possession, and the day is finally here. Adobe’s Photoshop is coming to Chrome OS. No, I’m serious.
In an announcement on the Chrome blog today, Google announced a partnership with Adobe to bring not just Photoshop, but the entire Adobe Creative Cloud to Chrome OS. This starts out with a streaming version of Photoshop followed by other products. For now you’ll need to be an education based Creative Cloud subscriber in the US to use the service.
This version integrates with Google Drive to save files and is always up to date with the latest version. If you feel your are ready to try this out and your meet the criteria mentioned above, hit up Adobe.com to apply for access.
