Android L is a pretty hot topic and we all wonder when it will hit our devices. The public release is right around the corner, but it seems Samsung has already been working on their iteration of the latest and greatest version of Android. So what did they change? Well, basically nothing, from TouchWiz on KitKat that is.
Yup, Android L is on this device, but at a glance, you would never know. In classic Samsung fashion, TouchWiz has been applied to this update and it does change quite a lot. For one thing, Samsung’s notification area is essentially the same on L as it was on KitKat. Colors are the same and so are the toggles. Notifications themselves are just like in L the way Google intended. The lock screen is about the same but now with notifications on the lock screen. Material design animations are apparent in some areas, but not as many as we had hoped. If you are interested in seeing all of the changes, check out the video embedded below.
Of course what is seen in the video could be changed before an official update is released. What are your thoughts on this?
