Verizon has teamed up with Motorola numerous times in the past for their DROID lineup of phones. They have always been pretty decent options, but nothing too crazy. This time though, it looks like they are going to try and impress with the DROID Turbo.
We’ve seen it leaked a couple times and heard plenty of rumors, but this time we have pretty concrete evidence of the phone’s specs and features. All of this comes through a leaked manual found at MotoFirmware.com. Only a couple specifications have been confirmed however. The display was confirmed at 5.2″ inches but the resolution is unconfirmed. We are expecting it to be Quad-HD. Around back things get a bit more exciting with a 21MP camera and Qi wireless charging.
Interestingly we also see that the flash and camera configuration on the back of the device is different from that of the new Moto X. Another interesting part of this phone is that the volume keys can actually be removed to reveal the SIM card slot. Capacitive keys are also included, something not everyone enjoys, and I’m one of them. I don’t know about you, but this phone is seriously tempting me.
