With Google still holding out on updating their devices to Android Lollipop, other OEMs are on the move. Motorola has already announced a soak test for their second generation Moto X and HTC is still promising 90 days for their updates. LG on the other hand promised an update by the end of this year. However, it seems things have been accelerated quite a bit. The company’s PR department has officially announced that the flagship LG G3 will be picking up Lollipop by the end of this week. Unfortunately though it seems that it’ll only be in Poland. Other markets will follow shortly after.
With all these OEMs battling to be the first, could LG turn things upside down and beat them all to the punch? Definitely stay tuned as we will be keeping a close eye out for news regarding this update!
