It’s been a while since the last Windows Phone that everyone can get excited about arrived, and now it looks like it’s finally on it’s way. The Lumia 1020 from 2013 caught a lot of attention thanks to it’s awesome camera, and now we finally have a successor on it’s way.
A prototype of the Nokia RM-1052 has just appeared on a Chinese auction site and is clearly shown as “Not For Sale” and “Property of Microsoft Mobile”. The device looks a lot like the 1020, with some notable improvements on the outside. The main one we can see, the aluminum build on the outside. Inside we are expecting a quad-core processor and 2GB of RAM. In the auction listing the display is listed as a 5″ inch 1080p display.
We’re not 100% sure when we should expect this device, but hopefully it’s not too far away. It should be especially interesting to see what the camera will come in as. What are you thoughts? Let us know in the comments.
