If you have been following Android news lately than you are aware that Sprint has been updating devices to Android 5.0 Lollipop left and right lately. Now, thanks to a new leak it looks like Sprint will be updating two more flagship devices to Android Lollipop very soon.
A leaked internal Sprint document details that the HTC One M8, both the regular variant and the Harmon Kardon edition, will be receiving the Android Lollipop update on the 13th of this month. Also, the LG G3 will be receiving the Lollipop update on the 16th of this month. This is fantastic news and it’s good to hear an unlikely carrier like Sprint getting all of their major Android devices updated to Android 5.0 Lollipop.
There are a couple of things that we do want to stress to our readers. First off, these update dates are not final, the leaked internal document even stresses this by saying that all of the dates are “subject to change.” And second, these updates will be staged rollouts which means that not everybody will get the update on the same day, these sometime spread updates out for up to a month so you may need to be patient.
