HP Announces New 4th Generation Chromebook 11 – Starting At $199

HP has been a part of the Chrome OS market for a long time now and today they’ve announced their latest. The HP Chromebook 11 G4 is the 4th generation of HP’s smaller 11-inch Chromebook series. This new model is very similar to last year’s but with a few key changes and a big price drop. Let’s go over the details.

First and foremost, the price change is the biggest deal. This new series starts at just $199, a full $40 off the price of the previous G3 model of the Chromebook 11.

As far as specifications go, the Chromebook 11 G4 has an Intel BayTrail Celeron N2840 processor packed with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of flash storage. Models will also be available with up to 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. A model will also be available with an IPS display.
