The OnePlus Two is being announced in less than 12 hours, but that’s not stopping one XDA user from giving us the best look yet at the new device. Several high quality images of the OnePlus Two have been uploaded by a beta tester of the device from China. The pictures confirm everything we previously knew about the phone’s design, and a bit more.
The images show that the back is removable in a method not as tedious as on the OnePlus One. This should make the StyleSwap covers very easy to replace. The body of the phone definitely appears to be crafted of aluminum, but we’ll have to wait for the official launch to confirm that. Other than those two facts, we don’t learn too much else from these leaks. However this is the best look we’ve had of the phone by a long shot. So the question remains, what do you think of the design? Do you find it appealing at all?
The user who posted the photos also had a few things to say about the device after testing it for a few weeks. First of all, he’s not a fan of the design although he did praise the quality. He did mention that the phone is thicker (than the OnePlus One) but it feels good in the hand. He also tells us that the phone’s camera is not a Sony sensor but does have OIS. Last but not least he claims that the fingerprint sensor is not really that sensitive.
What do you think of these new leaks? Are you excited to buy this new phone? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below. Also stay tuned for the official launch of the OnePlus Two coming in just a few hours!
