When the Note 5 was announced earlier this year, many were surprised to find out that Samsung was not going to offer a 128GB variant of the device. Users were stuck with either 32GB or 64GB. However now Samsung is finally offering up that variant, but only in their home region of South Korea.
Samsung will be offering this new Note 5 variant through SK Telecom and KT for 999,900 Korean won or about $850 USD. The “Winter Edition” as Samsung is dubbing it will be available in both Gold Platinum and Silver Titanium. Design wise there’s nothing new here, but users in South Korea will be undoubtedly be happy to receive a new storage tier on their favorite Samsung phablet.Source: Samsung
