You Can Now Install Apps Directly From Search On Android

Have you ever heard of an application and gone to Google it? We’ve all been there, and now it’s easier than ever to turn that search into an installed application. Simply look up the name of an application and if the feature has been enabled for your account, you’ll be able to hit the visible install button. This feature is still rolling out so you might not see it just yet.

The feature will appear in one of two ways. You’ll either see a popup preview of the apps listing that will go over the current screen, or you’ll go straight into the Play Store. It’s unclear if this only works through the Google Search app, or if it’ll also work through Chrome. Are you seeing the feature yet? Let us know in the comments!
