As we heard about a week ago, Blackberry has officially launched their first Android smartphone, the Blackberry Priv in India. At an event held in New Delhi, directors from the Indian branch of Blackberry announced that the device would go on sale starting January 30th across the country starting at a suggest retail price of Rs. 62,990, about $925 in US Dollars. By comparison, Google’s Nexus 6P starts at Rs. 39,999 ($588 USD) and the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 starts at around Rs. 43,990 ($646). Here in the United States, an unlocked Priv will run about $599.
