Only The 32GB Galaxy S7/S7 Edge Is Coming To The US

While Samsung has brought back the microSD card slot in their new Galaxy S7, they have limited the built in storage, at least for US customers. While both 32GB and 64GB variants will be available internationally, the US will be limited to only a 32GB model.

While this may seem like a downside at first, it really isn’t anything to worry about. The inclusion of the microSD card slot allows the device to take advantage of adoptable storage in Android Marshmallow, so really your storage will only be limited by the size of the card you slip in (Note, it’s unconfirmed at this time, but there are reports floating around the Samsung may have removed this feature on their smartphones. We’ll update this post when this is confirmed or debunked).

Does this lack of a 64GB model keep you from wanting to check out the Galaxy S7? Will you still pick it up? Let us know in the comments down below.
