Samsung Launches A “Pink Gold” Galaxy S7 Variant That Is Definitely Not Rose Gold

Samsung Launches A “Pink Gold” Galaxy S7 Variant That Is Definitely Not Rose Gold

In addition to the black, white, silver, and gold Galaxy S7 variants, Samsung has now added a new “Pink Gold” color. Not Pink  (which it definitely is), but Pink Gold.

Samsung says that this new color was inspired by skin tones, which needless to say is a little odd, but regardless of the color, it has the same specifications and price tag. The “Pink Gold” Galaxy S7 will launch first in South Korea today with it coming to more markets as time goes on. Whether or not it will come to the United States is unclear, but we’ll see. Oh and this is also available for the S7 Edge.

Pink Gold was chosen as it, like the other colors available for the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge, is a natural color that provides a sense of comfort. These hues glitter and shimmer as if illuminated from inside their glass surfaces.
