Samsung has been using primarily glass and metal on their devices over the past couple of years, but it seems they’re trying something new this year with their upcoming Galaxy C5. This device, expected to be mid-range, has leaked overnight showing off a couple new looks at the device. The back of the phone shows off the all-metal design while the front shows off the glass panel reminiscent of the Galaxy S6/S7.
Under the hood the Galaxy C5 is expected to pack a 5.2″ 1080p display (possibly AMOLED), a Snapdragon 617 processor paired with 4GB of RAM, and Android Marshmallow. Odds are this device will end up being exclusive to the Chinese market, but the metal design could eventually end up on other Samsung devices in the future.
