AT&T has recently announced a new rewards program for their loyal customers. “Thanks” offers up free perks such as free movie tickets and early access to concert tickets. Along with that, customers will be able to score exclusive deals on accessories, devices, and even get free extra data for their plan. From the looks of it all AT&T customers are eligible for this and there are no sign ups, fees, or waiting periods.
“Great service goes beyond the day to day relationship we have with our customers – it also includes ways to say thank you – we appreciate you,” said David Christopher, Chief Marketing Officer of AT&T Entertainment Group. “AT&T thanks is kicking off with some great entertainment-focused benefits and will build over time. The relationship we have with our customers will get better and better with exciting ways for us to show our appreciation.”
The program kicks off this summer with the following perks in tow:
- ‘Ticket Twosdays’: AT&T postpaid wireless customers will qualify to get a free movie ticket on AT&T when they buy one at full price for a Tuesday showing. These are available to qualifying customers once every week for the duration of the program. Customers can visit att.com/thanks to learn how to receive a coupon code for a free ticket3 exclusively through MovieTickets.com for participating theaters, including all Regal Entertainment Group theaters.
- LIVE NATION Priority Pre-sale: AT&T customers will get exclusive pre-sale access to the hottest concerts and events starting this summer. Select customers will also be able to get in on access to exclusive experiences with their favorite artists.
- Unique Content: Select DIRECTV subscribers will get access to special content coming soon to their TVs and their favorite mobile devices.
On a related note, Cricket Wireless will be offering rewards of their own over the next 6 months. The first offer for the month of June is a match of any charitable donations that users make via the Cricket Rewards application.
“Loyalty is earned by providing an excellent experience to potential and current customers,” said Tiffany Baehman, vice president and chief marketing officer at Cricket. “We are giving everyone something to smile about – not-for-profit organizations, our customers and even our competitors’ customers.”
