These Fan-Made Renders Show What Google’s Next Nexus Could Look Like In Different Colors

Recently we caught our first glimpse of the upcoming Nexus smartphones via a massive leak and reactions have been mixed. Some people love it, others hate it. Despite that, one Redditor has taken the time to flex his Photoshop skills and recreate those renders in several different color variants.

The same basic design language is shown here with the rounded corners and huge “visor” on the back. The images depict the device in black, white, gray, and red. Originally reports claimed that Google would be producing these new Nexus smartphones in aluminum, dark gray, and a shade of blue.

David Ruddock, the Android Police team member who originally created the renders, says that these fan-made renders don’t quite get it right. He stated on Twitter that “the shape on the phone isn’t even right”. Of course he also states that none of the depicted colors exist as far as he knows.

Despite all that, what are your thoughts on the upcoming Nexus smartphones based on these new renders? Drop a comment below and let us know your thoughts!
