Even though Super Mario Run isn’t quite the debut hit many expected, it’s still a fun game which many are excited to try out. Right now, it’s only available on iOS, but Nintendo did confirm it would come to Android eventually. Today, the company has quietly taken a step toward that.
Starting today, users can pre-register for Super Mario Run through Google Play. What does that mean? Basically, if you pre-register, you’ll be notified the moment the game is available for download on Google Play.
Just like on iOS, Super Mario Run for Android will be free to download, but you’ll need to make an in-app purchase of $9.99 to unlock all worlds. Sadly, the game will also require a constant internet connection.
Nintendo has not released any information on when we should expect Super Mario Run to debut on Android, but we should hear more in the coming weeks, especially considering this step has already been taken. You can pre-register for Super Mario Run on Google Play at the link below.
