In this weekly feature, we want to give our readers the opportunity to provide some point-and-click style input on some of the questions we have been pondering.
Smart home hubs are the latest and greatest in connected devices. Everyone seems to be doing it these days, but the majority of them are simply WiFi connected speakers that bow to your every command. Amazon pioneered such devices with the Echo and has now launched one with a touchscreen. The Echo Show is an internet-ready monitor on top of the Echo speaker with added functionality like voice and video calling.
This weeks question: Do you want your smart hub to have a screen? Does that add enough functionality to make it worthwhile to you? Or is your nerd utopia speech-related interactions with your virtual life? Let us know in the polls below, and as always, feel free to expand on your vote in the comments.
