In case you missed it, Apple had a big week. Their annual WWDC conference was Monday with several announcements of new products. You can see more details on our coverage of course…but one stuck out in the current trend of connected home products: The HomePod. This is Apple’s answer to the Amazon Echo and Google Home but has a distinct focus on audio quality.
It’s an interesting take on the home assistant speaker, and one we are curious to see how our readers received its unveil. These new speakers aren’t just a friendly search box for most, they are also a direct competitor to Sonos. Apple seems to be taking that seriously with HomePod.
