Harman Kardon introduces the Allure speaker with support for Alexa

Harman Kardon has just introduced a new smart speaker using Alexa from Amazon. The Allure combines Harman Kardon’s design and audio quality with proprietary far-field voice technology to give an audio-focused alternative to Amazon’s Echo devices.

Consumers can now enjoy the rich full sound from Harman along with the convenience of Amazon’s voice activated assistant. Using only your voice you can ask Alexa to control your home, read you the news, make purchases from Amazon Prime, and more. Thanks to Alexa’s ever expanding list of over 20,000 skills the capabilities of this speaker will only continue to grow.

The Allure also provides 360 degrees of high-quality sound to fill the room from corner to corner. The ring around the top offers a unique ambient lighting function that reacts to your voice and the sound of music.

The Harman Kardon Allure will be available in black this winter for $249 dollars from Amazon and Harman Kardon.
